Utah: Aquarius Trail Hut System

The Aquarius Trail Hut System, unveiled in late 2020, wriggles through a remarkable stretch of southern Utah. There are five huts placed along 190 miles (306km) of biking trails which take in rugged plateaus, canyons and forest en route from Brian Head to Escalante. The huts have serious eco credentials, too: each off-grid bolthole, sleeping six people in two cabins, is solar powered and made from shipping containers.
