Not everyone has the time or funds to donate to causes they care about such as trail building, so donating on their behalf or finding a way to give back together is a great way to support these organizations! IMBA isn’t the only great trail organization but their chapter database is a great place to start. You can go to IMBA.com and find your local chapter. If you can’t make a financial donation, find out what days they host volunteer trail days! Grab your buddies and go out and help improve your local trails.Want to do more? You can also write a letter to your local BLM and USFS official stating the importance of mountain biking in your community or to your public servants in state/federal government expressing your passion to see infrastructure for road cycling safety prioritized and improved! Visit People for Bikes for more information or Call your local bike shop and ask them how you can get involved and help progress cycling/biking-related agendas.
