3. Happiness - Numerous studies have shown that exercise can reduce stress improve sleep patterns for individuals with insomnia and reduce anxiety.
4. Safety - The more cyclists there are on the roads, the safer they will be. A study from the University of New South Wales determined that biking safety is a virtuous cycle. As more people ride in a given city, the number of collisions between drivers and people riding bikes decreases in absolute terms in that city. And this is not simply because there are fewer cars, driver behavior actually changes to include safer driving practices when the number of cyclists and pedestrians increases.

From road cyclist to mountain biker to electric biker, hiker, and multi-sport enthusiast, and from first-timer to friends and family groups of all ability levels, on behalf of our Escape Adventures family, we look forward to many new and exciting adventures with you.
