On this tour, the amenities are top-notch. Your luxurious Bentonville home comes equipped with an oasis pool with a waterslide and hot tub, plus a half basketball court and outdoor pizza oven. Inside, you’ll find a pool table, and
music room with instruments included. Top all of that with a fleet of bikes at your disposal, and trip leaders preparing your meals and complementing outings. You won’t hear the phrase, “I’m bored,” the entire week!
After lunch at our home base, we initiate our stay in this historic town with a bike ride through Sam Walton’s All-American Bentonville headquarters. Straight from there, it’s time to hit our favorite trails around downtown. These trails are smooth, rolling and lots of fun! Once back at your luxury abode, a gourmet dinner from your trip leaders will highlight the evening.
DAY 2 | The Castle
After breakfast, we hop on our bikes and breeze on up to one of our favorite hubs, “The Castle.” Here, your young squires will have free “reign” over a series of short trails that stem from a medieval period hub. From beginner to expert, there is something for everyone; clean flow, downhills, and berms. This unique mountain biking experience is further punctuated by the hidden gem of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Artwork is dotted along the trail, with even more to be found inside. In the evening, we
enjoy a relaxing session by the pool if desired, as well as a handmade pizza using the outdoor ovens.
DAY 3 | Hobbs State Park
A short 45 minute shuttle ride away, this new network features scenic lake shore trails in the form of some gorgeous dirt ribbons. Through the short-leaf pine trees, we take in glittering views of
Beaver Lake. We pause to enjoy a trailside lunch while in the state park. After taking in all that we can of this truly beautiful area, we head back to the house for a delicious meal prepared by our trip leader chefs.
DAY 4 | Coler Preserve
Spending the day in Coler Preserve feels like we are in the deep, deep backcountry, instead of a mere two miles from our lodging. Three trails of varying technicality are connected at the top by a “hub” where you may choose your own destiny. Once we feel peckish, a quick bite isn’t far away. There is a small eatery and coffee shop nestled conveniently inside Coler Preserve. Spend the evening as you wish; either in downtown Bentonville or relaxing at your luxury accommodations.
DAY 5 | Bella Vista
On this day, we venture just one mile north of home base to the city of Bella Vista and enjoy some excellent trail riding. Bella Vista boasts a staggering 100 miles of beautiful singletrack, the majority of which is brand new. In the trail system, we find that beauty is all around us; including Blowing Springs Loop, which is one of the most scenic rides in all of Arkansas.
DAY 6 | Bentonville
Today, for the last hurrah, we will finish up on some local trails that are hand-picked especially for you. A stop at Walmart malt shop for a good old-fashioned treat is a must. After that, it’s a quick ride back to the house to pack up before the shuttle backto the airport.

If for some reason you are not happy with the quality of your rental, we will refund the cost of your entire bike rental. If you are bringing your bike with you, check with your airline’s baggage policy in advance and be sure to pack your bike accordingly. Having custom-made vehicles allows us to take you to places few other outfitters can, or will go. Every Escape Adventures tour is accompanied by at least one support vehicle, trailer, and in some cases a second and third transfer van. After purchase, we custom engineer our trucks, vans, and trailers by our on-staff mechanic to meet the unique needs of different tours. For example, certain trucks are specifically designed for The White Rim and The Maze, while others are designed for The Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Each of our guides is required to be trained in safe vehicle operation, 4X4 driving, and basic maintenance. Food is a big part of the Escape Adventures experience. Most dinners and breakfasts are served at local restaurants on our inn tours. We also have energy snacks aboard our support vehicles. Don’t be surprised if your guides purchase fresh fruits and healthy snacks throughout the day while you are out riding. They may just show up on the trail with a local treat! Many of our guests are vegans or vegetarians, whom we are more than happy to accommodate.
