What happens here stays here. It’s a sure bet that most people’s “Las Vegas-moment” probably didn’t extend to an immersive, outdoor adventure. But we’re playing a strong hand. Savvy locals know that Red Rock National Conservation Area quietly harbors 100-miles of singletrack with stunning desert scenery. This backyard treasure lends head-clearing lung expansion where the casino-floor smoke can’t reach. Ultra-forgiving, elegantly buffed trails present the perfect fit for those new to the sport. Care to take it up a notch? Adding extra distance, or a full house of difficulty options equals major payoff to those of a singletrack mind.

Half day tours run from 8:00am to 12:00 noon, and from 1:00 to 5:00pm
Full day tours begin at 8:00am, include lunch, and end at ~ 3:00pm

Make your trip as comfortable as possible on the body, as simple as possible for traveling, and hassle free on tour. By choosing to rent a bike from us, we will fit you with the newest, highest quality gear in the industry. Escape Adventures provides only high-end bicycles from Santa Cruz and Specialized. We replace our rental fleet each season to ensure all our rentals meet our high standards. All of our mountain bikes are equipped with full suspension frames and disc brakes designed for a smooth, comfortable ride. For those who are touring with a companion who may not be as fit or need a little help up the hills, we now have e-bikes (electric pedal assist) available on select tours.
For multi-sport tours, daily bike rental fees are charged on mountain biking days only.

The Best Support Vehicles

Having custom-made vehicles allows us to take you to places few other outfitters can, or will go. Every Escape Adventures tour is accompanied by at least one support vehicle, trailer, and in some cases a second and third transfer van. After purchase, we custom engineer our trucks, vans, and trailers by our on-staff mechanic to meet the unique needs of different tours. For example, certain vehicles are specifically designed for the Canyonlands region of Utah, while others are designed for The Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Each of our Trip Leaders is required to be trained in safe vehicle operation, 4X4 driving, and basic maintenance. Our experienced Trip Leaders make it look easy, transporting you and up to 12 guests, along with their bikes, fresh food, gear and plenty of drinking water to any location.

If you ride - this is a must do! My initial time slot was cancelled, but Escape was quick to let me know and very helpful in rescheduling. They set up the bike with spd clips upon request. The guide Zach was great. We talked about experience and comfort level on the terrain. He took the first mile or so the assess my riding and he offered several route options ranging from more technical to more flowy. I opted for the more technical - the added challenge was a blast and Zach did a great job showing the lines to take. A must do to get away from the Vegas strip for 1/2 a day! Riding mountain bikes is so much fun. A fantastic experience - catered for intermediate abilities. We cycled mostly green and blue trails. Surrounded by stunning views, Joshua trees and cacti. The bikes were high end and in awsome condition. Our guide Mariah was fantastic catering to the individual needs of our small group of 4. Red Rock Canyon Mountain Bike Ride Chris was an awesome guide! He was very personable and knowledgable of the area. He was very patient with us as it was our first time mountain biking and took time to go over the bike and safety rules. Ebike Mustang ride Myself and my friend took a mountain bike tour with Escape Adventures in July 22. We had fantastic time with Cheston as our guide. We paid extra for ebikes as we are in our 50s now but if your in reasonable shape, the full suspension non ebikes would be fine. No real steep climbs but as it was just the two us and Cheston, all on ebikes, it let Cheston tailor the routes to get the most from our day. We rode a few of the paths twice as it was quiet enough to let us blast back up for a faster run back down.
Pick up was at Mirage and Cheston was waiting on us 10 mins before pick up at 8am. He was super friendly and made us feel like buddies quickly. Bike set up and safety brief before ride was professional but done quickly to let us get on the fun. We had two full susp levo ebikes which were great. Even after an old fat bloke like me had been riding hard for a few hours we had only used 2 of 8? bars of power so even if your not in great shape and use a lot of assist, I couldn’t imagine range ever being an issue. Cheston seemed to know the area like the back of his hand and knew lots of little routes to give us challenges and develop our skills. I have done a little self taught mountain biking at home in Scotland and it was great to get a few tips on riding position and how to ride drop offs better. I could have stayed out all day despite it being mid July and a tad warm. Def recommend back pack with hydration sac. Cheston did carry water but we didn’t need it. He was a fantastic photographer and ran ahead occasionally to get some awesome action shots which he took the time to send to us that night. Gave us a few tips on things to do when back on the strip and provided two thirsty old men with a lovely cold “drink” on the ride home. First class guide and great bikes. Highly recommend this tour and try an Ebike if you want a few more miles for your buck but manual full suspension would still be really good fun. Can’t wait to do it again next time I’m in Vegas. Chris led myself & 3 others through the red rock canyon of the Mojave desert by the spring mountain.
We rode $4,000-5,000 top quality full suspension bikes provided by this company. This tour provided bikes, water, helmets, guided tour & transportation to and from the vast choices of single track trails.

Fantastic Mountain Bike Ride Our visit to the Blue Diamond trail was so fun and we had the unique opportunity to experience a rainstorm while on the trail! The view was breathtaking and the beginner level difficulty was just challenging enough to get our adrenaline pumping. 11 miles was just right and we even saw some wild donkeys up in the natural cave openings too.

We made a mistake and asked Escape Adventures to configure the pedals with the wrong set so we were stuck, but Irving was kind enough to go back to his residence and grab his spare pedals. He was so motivated to make our ride fun that he went the extra mile to do this for us. While we were on the trail Irving went out of his way to film our ride and even took one for the team thanks to an altercation with a cactus!! (ask him about that, it was a cool story)

We ended our ride in a rainstorm which felt great, Irving was so nice and understanding and never rushed us. He gave great advice and even took us on a bonus loop that saw the best views ever (just before the downpour).

Highly Recommend! Get the E Bike! We did a half day bike tour with Julio and Irvine. It was AWESOME! They were both super friendly and did everything for us which included bike set up, a quick tutorial of the bikes, and carried water for us the whole ride. We took frequent breaks. My wife is a novice rider and they gave her great riding advice on when she should get off and walk the bike and/or when to take it slow, etc.. They were both super friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. I HIGHLY Recommend the E-bike. My wife had it and said it was so helpful and did a lot of the work for her. Cottonwood/Mustang Trail - Beyond FUN! Irving was the best tour guide! Totally receptive to our skill level. We had a good pace and good on time so he adjusted the tour for extra trail-riding fun. We weren’t quite used to desert heat wave temps nor some of the rocky climbs but enjoyed the challenge for sure! Irving even shared interesting facts about the trail and surrounding areas while we enjoyed the view, peace, and tranquility at each rest stop. Vegas like you’ve never seen it! Out in Vegas with some friends. I’m a relatively beginner single track mountain biker and encouraged one of my friends with no experience to sign up with me for a guided tour. Equipment was top notch. Better bike than I’ve ever been on, by far. Irving, the guide, was fantastic! Easy going and knowledgeable. Pushed us hard (which we wanted) but at the right level. Trails were great. I booked a mountain bike tour with Escape Adventures for my trip in Vegas. Chris and Christian were awesome tour guides who took us through some fun trails. They were also very knowledgeable about the terrain and it’s history. Escape Adventures provided full suspension bikes that were perfect for the trails we covered that day. I was in town for CES and hooked up for a ride with Escape adventures, turned out that it was just me and Irving the guide. Everything was perfect, the riding was fabulous, I had never ridden the desert so out there I felt like I was Clint Eastwood riding my horse in a western. Irving is a top notch rider so you learn things. Trails are a blast, most fun I have had since Whistler. Rental bike was a new SC Tallboy, that bike felt like I owned it for years and it was flawless out there. Communication and transport was clear and coordinated. Mountain biking with Irving What an incredible way to get the most out of a late January morning. Or any morning....Patty and I are beginning mountain bikers but no strangers to road biking. Both of us 56, we wanted to experience something special outdoors in the mountains. The day couldn't have been better. Total professionalism is what we were greeted with from beginning to end. Doing an activity that could be dangerous, having the feeling you're in great hands is a feeling I appreciate. Irving made us feel that way. He explained, he taught, he listened, and he answered all our questions about the area. A wealth of local knowledge we were very thankful that he shared it with us. His patience, and interest in our lives was an added bonus as we told stories about ourselves and laughed and joked through most of the trip and on the bus ride back to the shop. It was an incredible day and will always stay very close to the top as a favorite memory. Irving took pictures and videos for us to make sure it will be a day we won't forget.
