Our founder, Jared Fisher, not only claims a professional education in Hotel and Restaurant Management, he’s also a student of the culinary arts. His working knowledge and familiarity with elite hospitality carried over to the selection of our lodgings. Each Luxury Inn was handpicked in advance: the criteria being 4-5-star service, room quality, and cultural themes. Our restaurants are chosen in a similar fashion: emphasizing experience and culture, but with particular attention paid to best local ingredients.
