This immersive, family-friendly adventure takes participants on a journey through diverse landscapes, from thrilling singletrack rides to Monument Point and exhilarating hikes along backcountry canyon trails. Cyclists will pedal across the scenic Kaibab Plateau, conquer the renowned Rainbow Rim Trail with its panoramic overlooks, and descend to the stunning vista of Indian Hollow.

Imagine cycling through the serene Kaibab National Forest, where towering Ponderosa pines and shimmering Aspen groves conceal hidden gems like the rarely visited East Rim viewpoint. Trails bursting with wildflowers lead to invigorating rim hikes, offering unparalleled photographic opportunities. The adventure continues westward across the plateau, where guests will camp alongside the legendary Rainbow Rim Trail – a world-class mountain biking route connecting five dramatic “Points” (Parissawampitts, Fence, Locust, North Timp, and Timp) that dramatically overhang the canyon and the vast Arizona Strip.
Escape Adventures prioritizes guest comfort and convenience, selecting well-maintained public campgrounds with stunning views and excellent facilities, including indoor restrooms and showers in most locations. In more remote backcountry settings, comfortable portable toilets and private solar showers are provided. Guests will savor healthy and delicious homemade meals throughout their journey.
The tour price is fully inclusive of all internal land expenses and services. This includes all transportation, expertly prepared meals (except where noted), snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, comprehensive group supplies, and essential community gear. Furthermore, all backcountry permits, licenses, park fees, reservations, comfortable accommodations, and the support of at least two professionally trained trip leaders, a mobile first aid and mechanic station, spare bikes, and support vehicles are included. Experience the Adventure:
Days 1-2: Arrive in St. George, Utah. Shuttle to the charming Kaibab Lodge, followed by exhilarating singletrack riding to a scenic alpine East Rim campsite for two nights. Explore Monument Point and enjoy a memorable hike into the Grand Canyon on pristine backcountry trails.
Days 3-4: Cycle across the picturesque Kaibab Plateau to a stunning backcountry campsite perched on the canyon rim for two nights. Immerse yourselves in the world-renowned Rainbow Rim singletrack.
Day 5: Descend to the breathtaking vista of Indian Hollow on the western edge of the Plateau before a comfortable shuttle returns you to St. George.
